Winter 2021Welcome to our Winter 2021 Newsletter from a locked down Big River Distilling. We have been closed for tastings since 13th August, and hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we can open to the public again. That’s not to say nothing’s happening at the Distillery, on the contrary, Clyde’s working every day on creating new & exciting products, and we’ve just finished labelling our 2021 Fig Gin Liqueur! That’s right, after been sold out since March the hugely popular Fig Gin Liqueur is back, better than ever and available here. The 2021 vintage of figs were fantastic, full of flavour and higher in sugar than 2020. The growers at Hundred Acres Produce have outdone themselves this year with the quality of figs they’ve been able to produce and this, in combination with a new hydropress, means the 2021 vintage looks spectacular. |
