'The River Vesper'

Ingredients

β€’ 60ml Big River Dry Gin

β€’ 20ml Big River 3 Grains Vodka

β€’ 10ml Lillet Blanc (or any white vermouth)

β€’ ice

β€’ Strip of lemon peel to garnish

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass, twist lemon peel over glass and drop in.

'John Collins'

Ingredients

β€’ 60ml Lanyon Dry Gin

β€’ 25ml Fresh lemon juice

β€’ 15ml Rich sugar syrup

β€’ Ice

β€’ Soda water to taste

Method

Shake gin, juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda to taste. Garnish with fresh or dried citrus.

'Left Bank Martini'

Ingredients

β€’ 50ml Lanyon Dry Gin

β€’ 15ml Elderflower liqueur

β€’ 15ml Australian Chardonnay

β€’ 10ml Lillet Blanc (or white vermouth of choice)

β€’ Ice

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into a chilled glass. Express fresh lemon over the drink and garnish with a fresh lemon twist or dried lemon wheel.
