'The River Vesper'
• 60ml Big River Dry Gin
• 20ml Big River 3 Grains Vodka
• 10ml Lillet Blanc (or any white vermouth)
• Strip of lemon peel to garnish
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass, twist lemon peel over glass and drop in.
• 30ml Big River Cinn Gin
• 30ml Campari
• 30ml Vermouth Rosso
• Orange slice to garnish
Mix all 3 ingredients together, add ice, and garnish with orange slice
