Big River Liqueurs
'21st Century'
Ingredients
• 30ml Big River Chocolate Liqueur
• 20ml Big River Dry Gin or Mandarin Gin
• 20ml bianco vermouth
• 15ml lemon juice (to taste)
• ice
• Dried citrus wheel to garnish
Method
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled nick and nora glass, garnish and enjoy.
'White Negroni'
Ingredients
• 30ml Big River 'Junos' Amaro
• 30ml Big River Dry Gin
• 30ml bianco vermouth
• ice
Method
Mix ingredients well with ice till chilled, then strain into a tumbler or rocks glass. Serve with ice and a citrus garnish.
'almost a Charlie Chaplin'
Ingredients
• 45ml Big River Fig Gin Liqueur
• 30ml apricot liqueur
• 10ml simple syrup
• juice from half a lime
• ice
• dried lime wheel to garnish
Method
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled nick and nora glass, garnish with a dried lime wheel and enjoy.
